Hi Mtk, thanks for your time, everytime !!

  1. The idea with a team of 2 moderators with rotation can be useful. We will considerate it and will take a decision. Thanks
  2. Will see the google form applications for the 3rd moderator and what surprises will bring to us.
  3. The idea of getting a new equipment for a better quality of the podcast it is considerated and will come up with a decision.
  4. It would be preferred if someone with some social media promoting skills and willingness will be interested in this role for a better vision and idea of how we could continuing improve this.
  5. We will do so.
  6. Ok, that’s true. Maybe we will consider a lower ATH audience, and yes, we will make anything that we´ll can to bring Vlad at CT.
  7. We love you too :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you so much, @ostanescu for taking the time to write such a detailed feedback! It is really helping us a lot.

Regarding the ambassadors part, we weren’t clear enough about that and we would like to give a more detailed version about our idea: We were tinking that ambassadors will be joining community talks as guests, 1-2 ambassadors per month that will present the reports or will discuss other topics with the audience. The presence of an actual moderator will be mandatory for orgazinational reasons. It will be one of the 3 moderators, that will keep everything in order during the episode with the ambassadors, but his/hers involvement in the discussion will depend on how long the presentation of the report will be. We thought that the moderator can be more involved after the report is presented.

Thanks for clarifying @Jenny !

Thank you @ostanescu!

Yes, the equipment is necessary for a better quality.

I think you are right, I personally misunderstood the 350 standard allocation and included it in the proposal, however the project and impact calculations have been made by excluding the 350 standard.

The website is still in the works, however the main features are up and running. As for the NFT, well…you will all see when the time is right

The NFT page needs a lot of work and information. We will probably remove it from the current website version and add it back when everything is in place.

I’m glad you discovered and asked about our little “easter-egg”

Much love

Congratz on the proposal!
CT had a great contribution in building our community, and should continue to to this, and of course for this has to be rewarded ,

I appreciate de quality of the proposal, and also the fact that the entire CT team is here on Agora, answering feedbacks, means a lot for me!

You have my support on this, both from my holder and Ambassador role!

Good luck with the next season!

This is really good news! CT was probably the most impactful project within the community, so bringing it back is, in a way, the natural thing to do.

I agree with Mtk that maybe you guys should reconsider the idea of having only one moderator per episode. I fully understand that sometimes “life happens exactly on that day”, but being a sole moderator is not a job suitable for everybody. Moreover, sometimes one moderator might not have the ideal chemistry with the guest and, in this case, the second moderator can save the day (or the evening ;))

Regarding the mentioned KPIs, reaching an ATH of 70 participants might prove difficult these days and, in order to stimulate engagement, maybe you can take into consideration having a raffle with a prize in Standard for one person from the audience.

Congratz and can’t wait for season 2!

First, congrats on writing the proposal, I know it can be overwhelming & most of the time it is easier to just talk about something than to do something. Kudos for being doers!

Reading the proposal and the entire feedback, there is no doubt: everyone misses you, frens. So welcome back, mfers!

Continuing with the feedback you’ve already received, I strongly suggest you consider @andrei’s suggestion and include that equipment. Everyone will understand and you are already trusted enough both by the community & the team to keep that equipment in your custody. & You can think about the scenario when CT will finish and what it is to be done then with the equipment. But if it will be used for 4 seasons let’s say, maybe you don’t need to return it.

Also, @Mtk’s idea of 2 moderators for every edition is something worth considering. Instead, I would think of hosting a CT every two weeks and not every week. It will be easier to do better preparations and to give some free time for the community also.

I will be happy to support your proposal. And I strongly believe that this proposal is so underrated. It is a no-brainer for anyone that this is such a “small price” asked for bringing back (or trying to bring back) that healthy and optimistic vibe in the community!

Hi skirider,
Thanks for consolidating the ideas with 2 moderators and a lower ATH kpi.
Also your idea of having a raffle with a prize in $STANDARD for one person from the audience sounds interesting and worth considering.

Thank you @endi for your feedback, we will consider the idea of hosting Community Talks every two weeks and having 2 moderators instead of one per episide, since we had multiple opinions regarding this aspect.

It is very nice to have real feedback and it’s great to put the missing puzzle pieces back together. Thank you!

I’m here to congratulate CT Team, well done!

So much support here and I’m glad this proposal shows that the community is still here for the right cause.
My only suggestion for the next steps is a plan to scale this product and bring in guests not just from Stakeborg Dao, but from all over the web3 space.

Be bold, think big, and play ahead because now is the right time to build projects and as I see it, a lot of people are ready to get in to help and support the CT team.

Frens, first of all, big applause for your proposal and especially for the CT season 1!
Great to find out about your idea for CT season 2, we missed you!

As a suggestion, I consider that 2 moderators will definitely make the show more atractive, dinamic and enjoyable and CT season 1 proved this!

I fully support this proposal and look forward for CT s2.

GG @Jenny , @Vru and @DubluDe ! Congrats again and meet you on the other side - THE STAGE!

What a great return! Thank you for being here, i’ve missed you so much!

Regarding your proposal I support the feedback you received already and I feel that my thoughts about CT we’re adressed throughly.

The only thing that I can ask is about guests. How do you see the future 10 to 20 episodes? Who will have the great opportunity to sit on the guests chairs? Most of our great DAO members have been already listened to. Are you considering MAC’s suggestion to bring outsiders inside? How will this interact with the ongoing Twitter Spaces that StakeborgDAO are hosting from time to time?

Nevertheless, I miss you big time! (Again and again)
